ARLINGTON COUNTY: One Killed in Dump Truck Accident on I-395

ARLINGTON COUNTY, VIRGINIA (August 22, 2017) – A pickup truck and a dump truck collided on Interstate 395 on Tuesday morning, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 2:20 am on the southbound side of Interstate 395 in the Express Lanes, near Exit 10C. A red pickup truck and a dump truck collided for an unknown reason.

At least one person was killed in the accident, and three people were hospitalized as a result. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability at this time.
