MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN (June 4, 2017) – At least one man was injured in a helicopter crash at the Kenosha Regional Airport on Sunday, according to a local news source. (map)

The crash happened around 4:30 pm at the Kenosha Regional Airport, located at 52nd Street in Kenosha. A helicopter reportedly lost a rudder while approximately 10 feet off the ground, and crashed into the ground.

The one occupant of the helicopter was reportedly injured in the accident, and was airlifted to a nearby hospital. The accident remains under investigation at this time to determine cause and liability.
