Leuenberger was unable to avoid the collision and struck Patricia’s vehicle.
Patricia Fleming had to be extricated from her vehicle and was rushed to a nearby hospital. She was tragically pronounced dead a short time later. The accident remains under open investigation to determine cause and liability, but it is unknown how fast Leuenberger was going at the time of the accident, or whether or not there is a stop sign at the intersection.
“Sadly, there are no words that can comfort all family members and friends as they cope with such tragic loss,” said the attorneys from West Alliance Injury Lawyers. “Our thoughts and prayers are with all parties affected in this tragedy as they try to piece together what happened.”
