SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA (August 26, 2017) – A pedestrian was struck by two vehicles on Friday on First Street, according to a local news source. (map)

The accident happened around 10:00 pm on First Street and Harbor Boulevard. A vehicle truck a man in the street, and then fled the scene. The man was run over by a second vehicle a short time later, and the driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene.

The man was rushed to a hospital in unknown condition. There is currently no description of the first vehicle that struck the pedestrian, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Santa Ana Police Department. The investigation into the accident is ongoing at this time.
