HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS (June 11, 2017) – Stephanie Waters was tragically killed in a medical helicopter crash on Sunday, according to a local news source. (map)
Stephanie Waters, a 27 year old from Cedar Park, was serving as a paramedic aboard a medical helicopter operated by PHI Air Medical. The helicopter picked up David Disman early Sunday morning, and crashed shortly thereafter for an unknown reason near Lake Raven.
Stephanie Waters was tragically pronounced dead at the scene by responding emergency personal. The pilot, Wayne Kirby, the on board nurse, Jana Bishop, and patient David Disman were all tragically killed as well. The crash remains under investigation at this time.
